What we do!

The Lions Club are focused on vision and related subjects such as diabetes awareness. (Diabetes is one of the leading causes of blindness in the United States.)

The Noon Lions meets the first Tuesday of the month at the Metropolitan Restaurant.

Don’t have time for meetings? Just want to help with service projects? That’s fine too!

Vision Grant Program

Through our partnership with Community Action of Laramie County, we help qualified individuals with funds for eye exams and new eyeglasses.

Collecting Eyeglasses for Donation

We have eyeglass collection boxes in several locations throughout Cheyenne. We collect these on a regular basis and donate them to the needy overseas.

Service Projects

We do a variety service projects throughout Laramie County. This summer we helped build a house for a veteran with Habitat for Humanity.  During the winter (at least during the Covid pandemic) we will probably focus on Lions Park cleanup, and our members will meet there once a month to pick up trash. When the Covid-19 pandemic eases we hope to resume our regular schedule of service projects.
